Before you commence your Application, please ensure you have read the Pre-Enrolment Fact Sheet listing each of the course entry requirements and/or perquisites for admission to source your eligibility for your chosen course and field of study. Student Application Form

Complete the online Student Application Form. Complete all data fields and provide the following essential supporting evidence documentation to support your application:

  Certified copy of Passport

• 

  Certified copy of VISA (if relevant)

• 

  Certifield passport copy

• 

  Recent passport size photo

• 

  Unique Student Identifier (USI)

• 

  Copy of your Release Letter (if applicable)

• 

  Certified Year 12 Certificate or Highest Academic Qualification

• 

  Certified copies of all Academic Records (if relevant)

• 

  Certified copy of your Testamur, Statement of Attainment or Academic Transcript (if applicable)

• 

  Certified English Language Proficiency Examination evidence and results copy (if applicable))

The completed Application and certified supporting evidence, listed above, are to be sent to admissions@aiit.edu.au for review and processing. Incomplete applications or documents which cannot be verified or authenticated will be rejected.

Pre-Training Review (PTR)

Should your Application proceed, you will be required to undertake and Pre-Training Review (PTR) and upon successful completion you will receive a formal Letter of Offer and request for any other additional evidence or documents.

Once all documents have been submitted, you meet the entry requirements or course pre-requisite and you have accepted the Letter of Offer you will be issued a Student Written Agreement.

complete the minimum payment

Once you complete the minimum payment deposit as per the Terms of Reference of your Student Written Agreement Australian International Institute of Technology will issue you your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) Letter.
